Cross Armory's Safe Mag is a magazine locking system modification, designed in California, for weapons in regulated states that require fixed magazines. It prevents the removal of the magazine from your rifle without disassembly of the action when properly installed. The Cross Armory Safe Mag is easy to install and works by releasing your magazine instantly when you separate the upper and lower receivers of your firearm (which disables the firearm action), without having to press a button. The Safe Mag also allows for insertion of a new magazine when the upper receiver and lower receiver are closed, without bending or stressing the hardware of the weapon or the Safe Mag.
This Safe Mag is the 308 Aero configuration and is compatible with 308/AR-10 models measuring 7/8" (0.875") wide at the base of the upper receiver (directly above the trigger). This model is also compatible with an M&P10, but requires a spacer to make the fit perfect (available via Cross Armory). Note: If it is 1-1/4" (1.25") wide, you will need the DPMS configuration.

Oregon residents: If you are making a firearm purchase online from us, please understand, you are more than likely going to go in the FICS background check line of over 37,000. This means, that there's a good chance you'll still be in line on the 18th of December and are at the mercy of what the Judge in Harney County decides. At the point, there's a chance you'll have to get a permit-to-purchase said firearm. There will be no refunds for people that go in line and have to wait. Purchase at your own risk. That being said, we will continue to fulfil orders as they come in. Thank you for your patience! ~ Fifty1Fifty Tactical, LLC
